Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our organization in the insurance industry. This role involves managing risk across home insurance products, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including expert knowledge of control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance Risk Mitigation: Play a key role in managing risk across home insurance products, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Lead and Facilitate: Enhance internal risk controls, detection mechanisms, and response capabilities across Products and Claims & Assessment functions.
- Improve Internal Controls: Work closely with the Quality Assurance function to improve risk detection, response capabilities, and control environments.
- Collaborate & Engage: Use your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing expert advice on risk and compliance matters.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within insurance or financial services.
- Expert knowledge of control procedures and understanding of regulatory compliance obligations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage internal relations effectively.
- A passion for risk management, quality assurance, and home insurance products.
