Role Overview

The Technology Delivery Lead position entails overseeing the entire lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, staying within budget, and adhering to established scope while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage technology projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure technology initiatives conform to standardized practices and provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting services throughout the project cycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with academic, administrative, and vendor partners to synchronize technology delivery with stakeholder needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead internal and external teams, provide coaching, and feedback, and align team efforts with program objectives.
  • Strategy Alignment: Align technology delivery with institutional strategy. Support portfolio prioritization and resource planning.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to communicate delivery performance to executives and the board.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in delivery tools, practices, and stakeholder engagement. Encourage innovation.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise systems management, preferably in education.
