Job OverviewThis is a challenging role that requires a high degree of autonomy and collaboration. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology projects to achieve project objectives.You will manage internal and external resources, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing high-performing teams, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with managing significant programs of work.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal and external resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external providers and stakeholders.

As a Delivery Lead, you will contribute to the delivery of the product vision and roadmap for Customer & Corporate Technology teams, ensuring a best-in-class capability aligned to strategic objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery roles with large complex projects across multiple locations
  • Experience in managing key internal relationships at an individual contributor and Management level
  • Extensive experience in programme management, strategic delivery, and various delivery models such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
  • Proven experience of working with or within 3rd party vendors/solution partners both on and offshore
  • Leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage teams – directly and indirectly
  • Good attention to detail and superior communication skills
