Online Education Specialist

Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Online Tutor to join our team. As an online tutor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to students across various levels.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging course materials, developing teaching plans, and preparing a range of teaching tools and methods to support student learning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach VCE, HSC, or HEC subjects with expertise and enthusiasm
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to students and parents
- Participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, subject specialism)
- Proficiency in business-level English
- A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and suitable work environment
Working Arrangements:
This is a part-time remote opportunity, requiring 10 hours per week of flexible scheduling. You will have the autonomy to manage your time effectively while meeting the demands of the role.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate: $17.33 - $43.32
- Bonus and performance-based reward opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar context
