Location:

The professional plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Provide continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Develop and master meat cutting skills and responsibilities as directed by the Department Manager.
  • Prepare and package food products and process customer orders to specifications.
  • Receive and break down meat deliveries.
  • Cut and trim all products according to company standards using performance cutting lists.
  • Properly wrap, weigh, and price product as needed.
  • Offer product suggestions when appropriate.
  • Stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control.
  • Operate department equipment and tools.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Notify management of any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain authorization.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
  • High standard of integrity and reliability preferred.
