Job Overview

  • Solution-Oriented: Collaborate with business units to find longer-term solutions to systemic issues.
Requirements
  • Case Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing escalated and/or complex customer cases in an airline environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as the Office of Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs.
  • Priority Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust your workload as necessary.
