This role requires leading a team of data professionals, including data scientists and analysts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring team members to help them develop their knowledge and skills
  • Building relationships with the data community to drive collaboration and innovation
  • Identifying business requirements to address stakeholder needs
  • Delivering analysis projects and providing technical leadership
  • Communicating complex analysis solutions to both technical and senior stakeholders

The ideal candidate has proven leadership capabilities, strong presentation and communication skills, experience guiding and mentoring data professionals, and knowledge of industry-standard analysis tools and approaches.
