Store Manager

Take charge of driving sales and profitability in a high-volume retail environment.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large and diverse teams.
  • A strong commitment to safety, customer-centricity and continuous motivation of your team.
  • The capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget and financial management, including wage control.
