">About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Career Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value projects and provide expert guidance to customers throughout their journey from sales acceptance to construction.

The role includes:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the preconstruction process
  • Finalising contracts within set timelines
  • Managing workflows from sales acceptance to construction
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to progress jobs efficiently
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to site on time

To succeed in this role, you will need passion for the building industry and customer experience, strong relationship-building skills, resilience and determination in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail when preparing documentation, excellent listening skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
