About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Dusk team as a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores during the peak holiday season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our candles and homeware products, enabling you to effectively recommend and promote our offerings to customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the overall success of the store.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, ensuring our store is always visually appealing and engaging for customers.
