Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Technician.

The Role:

  • As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on our fleet of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • You will work independently to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • You will also be required to provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence

Requirements:
