Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our sales team within the optical industry.
As a key member of our team, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our Independent Optometry customers. They will work closely with our customers to grow their business and ours, through developing growth strategies for practices, upskilling practice staff on the benefits of our products, and working closely with our Customer Service teams to ensure a high level of service and support to any issues our customers are experiencing.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with practice staff, either in a B2B sales role or working in a practice. They will also have a strong ability to analyse sales data and convert to actionable insights, as well as excellent business acumen, understanding of pricing strategy and margins. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential for this role.
