About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Support Worker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing home support services to elderly individuals, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry;
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients;
  • Supporting clients with their daily activities, such as mobility and transportation;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or a related qualification;
  • At least 3 months of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle;
