Seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents in a residential aged care home setting.
  • Provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by closely adhering to policies and procedures, protecting staff, colleagues, and residents alike.

Requirements for Success:

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly, recognizing individual needs and preferences.
  • Possess current AHPRA registration, preferably following a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Exhibit thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Showcase expertise in AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Display strong clinical knowledge and comprehension of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Evidence excellent coaching/training skills.
  • Utilize effective conflict resolution techniques with high emotional intelligence.
  • Ensure strong communication skills and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Be willing to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
