Service Coordinator

About the Role

This Service Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the QLD Residential team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating service agreements, managing office equipment, and coordinating site maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, experience in administration, and knowledge of the NDIS. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create service agreements for participants of Residential Services
  • Provide general administrative support to the QLD Residential team
  • Coordinate site maintenance and WHS issues
  • Maintain electronic records for new referrals
  • Participate in risk management activities
Requirements
  • Cert III in Business Administration or similar qualification
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Experience providing administration support to a team ideally within a health related service
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS
  • Ability to manage communications and information with a range of stakeholders
