Operations Manager Role

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our venue in Tea Tree Plaza. You will lead a dedicated team and oversee the store's day-to-day activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive exceptional customer service by leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee venue cleanliness standards and implement initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and stock control to optimize sales performance.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Hire, train, develop, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs to inform strategic decisions.
