Job Title:

Administrative Officer

Role Overview:

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work within a close-knit team and contribute to delivering excellent service outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer service delivery both internally and externally
  • Provision of administrative support and office duties
  • Stores management, including stock control, lifting heavy objects, receipting goods and labelling tracking documents
  • Preparation of various documents such as letters, reports, minutes and briefing notes
  • Minute taking, diary management and coordination of meetings
  • Support at meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation and venue requirements
  • Records administration, data entry, database and systems coordination
  • Liaison with external suppliers and stakeholders
  • Inputting and coordinating stores data using relevant systems
  • Accounts payable administration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong administration experience, excellent attention to detail and prior experience in stores duties would be advantageous.
