Role Overview

We are seeking a top-notch team member who excels in customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional, positive and friendly interactions with customers
  • Proactively hosting and helping with customer enquiries
  • Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member
  • Managing accounts payable and receivables
  • Providing administrative and operational support to various departments
  • Managing correspondence including emails, letters and other communications
  • Assisting with customer account management
