This facility provides a safe and secure environment for children aged 3-12 years, allowing parents and minders to enjoy other Club facilities while their children are being cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to children and their parents, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the physical safety of children at all times.
  • Set up and maintain the children's play area, creating a stimulating and engaging environment.
  • Interact with children, providing activities and promoting a sense of fun and adventure.
  • Ensure the area is clean and tidy at all times, maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.

About You

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in the childcare industry, who possess a strong passion for providing a safe, caring, and fun environment for children. You will be trustworthy, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in childcare, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Current Queensland Blue Card for child-related employment.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is highly desirable.
