The Conference and Events Attendant will play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable events, from high-profile conferences to exquisite weddings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up event spaces and staging according to specifications.
  • Providing exceptional guest service before, during and after events.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients during events.
  • Ensuring event spaces remain tidy and safe during functions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or large-scale events venue.
  • Proven success working on large-scale events and operational logistics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a guest-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work varied rosters including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Calm under pressure, handling complaints and emergencies.
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
  • Impeccable grooming standards and good personal hygiene.
