Event Hosting Manager Position

This role is perfect for individuals with supervisory experience in the event hosting industry.

We are looking for proactive and driven professionals who can deliver exceptional service outcomes and achieve set targets.

The successful candidate will hold current RSA certification and an Australian Drivers license. They will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of execution of all events, managing pre & post event feedback, and effectively communicating with other departments to ensure efficiency of service.

  • The ideal candidate will have high service expectations and enjoy a challenge.
  • They will demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to provide feedback and coach staff, reasonable judgment & problem solving skills, interpersonal / customer liaison and negotiation skills.

This hands-on role involves leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service to clients. The candidate will work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, requiring excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
