Senior Retail Leader Opportunity

As a driven and results-driven retail professional, we are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in the Claremont store.

This role offers the opportunity to lead, inspire, and coach a team of casuals to achieve excellent results every day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient store operations, meeting sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Motivating the team to achieve outstanding results across stores, driving sales and KPIs.
  • Closely monitoring store sales, acknowledging outstanding performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively managing wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
  • Implementing OH&S management, adhering to state and national legislation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Retail Store Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • A motivated and driven attitude.
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • The ability to think strategically and drive sales and KPIs.
  • Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Effective roster and wage control management.
