APAC Sales Director – Perth Preferred | $225K Base + Uncapped Comms

This isn't one of those ads where we name-drop a hundred tech acronyms or try to impress you with our investor slide deck.

You've already played in the big leagues. You know what market leadership looks like.

You've sat in rooms where billion-dollar contracts get discussed, and you've left those rooms with signed deals.

So here's the pitch:

We're looking for an APAC Sales Director to take the reins in a senior sales role with serious upside.

The product? Enterprise-grade. Critical to operations. Sticky as hell. Used by companies that ship millions of tonnes of the world's most essential resources.

But this isn't about product. It's about presence. Influence. Impact.

You'll own the APAC region, backed by a technical team that knows how to deliver. You'll walk into enterprise conversations where the stakes are high and the players are serious. You'll help shape commercial strategy, not just execute it.

You'll have discretion, autonomy, and a direct line to executive leadership.

This role isn't advertised anywhere else. There won't be another hire like it.

We're looking for someone who's:

• Based in Perth (or willing to be)
• Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and long-cycle enterprise sales
• Thrives as a contributor, rather than people management
• Deeply familiar with the mining, metals, or energy space
• Commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent, and operationally disciplined
• Able to build trust with the room in the first 5 minutes

This is for someone who isn't just chasing the next title bump. It's for someone who wants to play a longer game.
