Role Overview

This role supports and reports to a senior marketing professional, taking the lead on day-to-day marketing delivery across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will drive campaign execution, content creation, communications, and performance monitoring to help achieve commercial outcomes and audience growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support senior marketing professionals in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, radio, TV, and outdoor advertising.
  • Manage daily marketing activities, content, and communications to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
  • Plan and execute electronic direct mail (EDM) and social media strategies, including audience segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Create engaging brand-aligned content across social media, websites, EDMs, and paid media platforms.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications, including press releases, stakeholder updates, website content, and briefing documents.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance in real-time across ticket sales, Meta, Google Ads, EDM platforms, and other channels, providing weekly insights on results, spend, and audience engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles with practical experience in developing and coordinating marketing strategies.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in event marketing, public relations, and/or communications roles.
  • Proficiency in presentation technology and digital communication tools.
  • Solid understanding of current marketing trends and channels, including PR, social media, digital, and omni-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns within a collaborative team environment.
