About the Role

Fujitsu is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Services Consultant to provide chargeable services to clients in developing industry-specific systems, mostly aligned to projects, consulting assignments, building and installing turnkey business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team members, third parties, and technological counterparts in client organizations in the integration of technological methodologies and components of projects.
  • Ensure and be accountable for the technical integrity of the design, in accordance with the clients' requirements.
  • Manage high-level technical program or segment activities, including relationships with the client, managing, and reviewing assigned consulting team members.
  • Lead the development and delivery of client and internal technical presentations where necessary.
  • Design and develop high-quality business solutions and other projects.
  • Evaluate client's business needs, thus contributing to strategic planning of information systems facilities and software directions.
  • Be accountable for defined work assignments often involving immediate action or short-term planning of human and other resources.
  • Plan and coordinate resources necessary to complete product implementation and assist in preparation of major sales proposals and supporting sales activity like generation of sales leads, pre-sales engagement meetings.
  • Liaise with major clients during preliminary installation and testing of developed solutions or products.
  • Manage and mentor (where necessary) a team of consultants.
Requirements
  • Minimum NV1 Security Clearance required.
  • Specialist knowledge of Federal Government, coupled with strong analytical skills.
  • Can adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies to new uses.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Documentation skills, design, as-builts, operating procedures, and administrative guides.
  • Analysis, communication, presentation ability.
  • Scheduling skills.
  • Team Member Management and Mentorship skills.
  • Security (SIEM experience, logging, monitoring, and threat detection/event hunting).
  • Patch management exposure.
  • Australia Government Security practices, including E8, also ISM, ACSC hardening, DTA best practice, configuration, ASD Blueprint.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (on-prem & cloud).
  • Azure governance and management practices.
  • Cloud migration (Azure).
  • Microsoft Purview.
  • Microsoft Defender suite.
  • SOE Development and deployment.
  • VDI Platform experience - Citrix/AVD + Nerdio.
