Swimming Instructor Opportunity

This is a chance to teach the skills of swimming and water safety in a fun and dynamic environment. As a qualified instructor, you will be responsible for leading swimming classes for students of all ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with children, parents, and other instructors. You should also be energetic, innovative, and decisive in your teaching style.

The role requires the ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, with some flexibility in scheduling. A strong commitment to customer service excellence is essential, as well as a passion for helping people learn and grow through swimming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach effective swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and abilities

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles

- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and development

- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and needs

Requirements:

- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate

- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)

- National Police Check

- AUSTSWIM Certificate - Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety (essential)
