We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Australian Private Hospitals Association. As a key member of our perioperative care team, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care during post-anaesthesia recovery, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, facilitating best practices in the recovery unit.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to perioperative care.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in a perioperative setting.
- Completion of Advance Life Support and Advanced Paediatric Life Support (training will be provided).
