Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers in a timely and professional manner;
  • Diagnosing and resolving software issues using logical troubleshooting methods;
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support to customers;

Requirements
