Training Program Lead
The Training Program Lead is responsible for delivering best practice training programs and education initiatives, focused on compliance and operational efficiency.
About the Role
This role involves leading a team to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and delivering training programs in collaboration with operational leads
- Ensuring training programs are aligned with organizational objectives and comply with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring and analyzing project performance to achieve training deliverables
- Developing and sourcing training content to meet specific needs
- Maintaining a training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and required competencies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- G1, G2, G8, and G9 Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams
- Project management skills, including TNA, skills matrix, and training plans
- Strong administrative skills and experience in online training systems
