Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Training Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of the training function, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating various programs.

  • Collaborate with support functions to develop, implement, and maintain effective training strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide assistance to the implementation of Divisional Operation System (DOS) and support programs.
  • Create reports, presentations, and proposals, and assist with internal audits.

Ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and hybrid working office/home options are available.

About You
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or partial completion).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as Training/Program Coordinator.
  • A growth mindset with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills and experience.
