Develop and maintain training and assessment materials.
- Conduct Internal Audits to gauge compliance to the training scheme.
- Generate, maintain and co-ordinate re-assessment schedule.
- Liaison with stakeholders in relation to training activities.

**The lifestyle**:
This position is offered on a Monday to Friday dayshift roster allowing for a residential lifestyle.

**About you**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Certificate IV Trainer Assessor
- Underground coal mining competencies
- Previous experience in the mining industry
- Good understanding of operation issues in an underground coal environment
- Good understanding of training frameworks and the NSW Order 34 guidelines
- Delivery of training and competency packages

- B.S. or equivalent degree in related field or Commensurate Work Experience or Safety Certificate Preferred
