Front Office Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front office team as a Front Office Receptionist. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary package, plus evening and weekend penalties.

This role requires delivering exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, working well under pressure and maintaining high standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel or resort. You will possess excellent administration and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.

We require a team player who can work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
