Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trades or Technical individual to join our facilities team as a Data Centre Technician. This role will involve providing high-quality technical maintenance and customer service on a 24/7 basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver cabling needs, electrical and data, to customer racks and areas
  • Attend to remote Hands Requests
  • Assist with the maintenance of all core electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ensure that facility problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner
  • Manual handling

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Basic knowledge of data centres, data cabling, and cable management (desirable)
  • A passion for learning about electrical technology and telecommunications
  • Keen interest in fixing and solving problems
  • Trade Certs (Electrician/HVAC Technician) (desirable)
