Role Overview:

The Inclusive Learning Coordinator/Teacher plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Faculty Inclusive Learning in effective leadership, curriculum development and learning outcomes for assigned year levels.

Key Responsibilities:

This position involves teaching and creating mindful, positive, supportive and disciplined learning environments where students improve their learning outcomes. The Inclusive Learning Coordinator develops and delivers classroom curriculum, provides inclusive learning experiences and maintains a responsive learning environment in line with pedagogical best practice.

Develops and delivers classroom curriculum to meet diverse student needs. Provides inclusive learning experiences that cater to individual requirements. Maintains a supportive learning environment through regular communication and assessment.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess teaching qualifications, current QCT registration or ability to obtain, and demonstrated experience in leading curriculum or relevant teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
