About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program.

  • Key responsibilities will include managing high-quality advice and support from various programs, leading the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program, and providing expert guidance to teachers and staff.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating targeted teaching, case management, and accessing external specialist services as needed.
  • This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, with a focus on supporting students with disability and contributing to school goals and vision.

What You'll Do

You will:

  • Lead and manage key activities and deliver tasks, including managing human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve goals.
  • Implement and coordinate school-wide systems, including data systems to monitor students with disability and record the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability.
  • Maintain partnerships with parents, other government agencies, and community groups to support students with disability.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coordinating programs and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
