**Sports Turf Instructor Role**

Key responsibilities include:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A degree or diploma in sports turf management or a related field;
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students in sports turf management;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and industry partners;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current industry practices and procedures, including machinery operation and safety protocols;
  • Current Victorian Driver's License;
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and teaching methodologies;
