Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Communicate effectively to stimulate and motivate others, being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.
  • Perform detailed work efficiently, correctly, and quickly, while working within established guidelines.
  • Maintain guidelines, structure, and established policies while working with and for others.

As a relationship banker, you will have the opportunity to meet and provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience. This includes developing relationships with business partners and clients, introducing clients to new products and services, and utilizing digital solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Registration and licensing in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by compliance policies.
  • A valid driver's license and driving history that meets standards.
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • 1+ Years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Logical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Capacity to work with multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
