About Our Team

We are seeking experienced Factual Investigators to join our team in Geelong.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, using your skills and experience to produce detailed and accurate reports.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, but also value the support and guidance of a dedicated team.

  • You will be responsible for conducting investigations at various locations, predominantly within Geelong and a proportion of work across VIC;
  • You will interview appropriate key parties, taking statements and collating relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
  • You will maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
  • You will prepare and draft factual reports.
What We're Looking For
  • A Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
  • A current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
  • An ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain);
  • Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines.
