All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists are also encouraged to apply.

This role involves delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services. Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly. Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.

The scope of this role includes delivering vocational rehabilitation services to clients across varying schemes, such as Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care, and CTP. Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic). Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients.

What You Will Need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists, or Social Workers
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
