We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor/Associate to join our high-performing Insurance team.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of CTP matters and services, including:

  • CTP defendant insurance
  • Personal injury claims to more complex and catastrophic claims

Our team specialises in effectively managing high-volume and intricate disputes, providing tailored claims management solutions to CTP insurers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in all aspects of the above matters, allowing them to make a significant contribution to their outcome.

You will work as part of a close-knit team which boasts a collegiate, supportive and collaborative culture, making it the perfect environment for you to enhance your legal career while gaining exposure to high-value and complex matters, working directly with one of our high-performing Principals.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • Prior exposure to and a strong interest in insurance law and CTP work
  • A background in CTP defendant matters would be advantageous
