Senior Corporate Lawyer Position Available

Our organization seeks a senior corporate lawyer to join their legal team on an interim-to-perm basis. The selected candidate will focus on commercial contracts drafting and negotiation, providing expert advice to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal counsel on procurement, customer sales, service agreements, and M&A activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assess and advise on legal risks while supporting the business in its management decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on legal matters and compliance procedures.
- Qualified lawyer or solicitor with 1-4 years of post-admission experience.
- Experience with commercial contracts and M&A; knowledge of competition and consumer law is beneficial.
- Strong judgment, pragmatic approach, and ability to align legal advice with commercial decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex legal issues clearly and practically.
