Our team seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of our business.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead new business acquisition and account management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.

You will develop and execute growth strategies aligned with our service offerings and market trends, manage and grow existing client accounts, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your expertise in delivering tailored presentations, proposals, and solution demos is crucial in negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless delivery and client success. Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions is also vital to your success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT Solution sales, Consulting or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative.
