Programs Engagement Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage teams in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). The Programs Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of service management, including staff supervision, program design, business operations, and team motivation.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing people, preferably in the Child Care or Education sector. They should possess leadership skills, a drive to succeed, and a desire to support working families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage OSHC teams in schools
  • Oversee all aspects of service management, including staff supervision, program design, business operations, and team motivation
  • Conduct Educator appraisals
  • Maintain strong relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers
  • Support educators for Assessment and Rating reviews
  • Prepare monthly reports

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent. Additionally, you must hold a Current VIC Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or be willing to obtain it.

The salary package includes Superannuation and Bonus Payments. An additional Travel Allowance is also applicable.
