Job Description:

This is a vital leadership role in the area of Out-of-School Hours Care (OSHC).

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of service management including staff supervision, program development support, business operations management, and motivating and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of service management, conducting Educator appraisals, building and maintaining excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers, preparing and supporting educators for Assessment and Rating reviews, and regular reporting.

Candidate Requirements include past people management experience in childcare, demonstrated area management or remote team management experience, demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally, proven past success in management in any sector with the ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, current VIC Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or are willing to obtain, and current driver's license and own car.
