Education Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Education Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

This full-time role will see you working as part of a collaborative team, providing high-quality education and care to children from birth to school age.

As an Education Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators, developing and implementing educational programs, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the service.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that promote learning and development outcomes for children
  • Leading and mentoring a team of educators to achieve high-quality care and education outcomes
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the service, through data-driven decision making and reflective practice
  • Collaborating with other services and stakeholders to provide integrated support for children and families
