Job Title: Team Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

This role involves working collaboratively with a team of 15 staff members within the engineering department to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of building services and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising, allocating and closing off work orders in a timely manner.
  • Generating and issuing purchase orders and work orders to approved contractors.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date work records for filing purposes.
  • Providing general reception duties, including preparing department meeting agendas and minutes, as well as other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of building maintenance services and applicable terminology. They should also have basic knowledge of hospital operations, strong office management skills, particularly record keeping, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
