Regional Inflight Operations Manager

Job DescriptionOverviewThe Inflight Operations Regional Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of inflight services, working closely with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
Responsibilities- Performance manage key catering suppliers, driving improvements in food quality and delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to tailor performance improvement initiatives to regional operations.
- Oversee the reconciliation of bar set data and drive continuous improvement in retail performance.
- Develop and implement the Quality Assurance Program (QAP) to ensure high-quality food delivery.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Nurture long-term partnerships with suppliers to ensure they meet or exceed contract obligations.
- Strong experience in supplier management, preferably in catering or aviation.
- Galley Planning or Catering Operations experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience in reengineering processes and delivering continuous improvement concepts.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Competitive salary range: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year.
