**Associate Director, Engagement and Product Role Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead our engagement and product team. This is a Clerk Grade 11/12 role with opportunities for career progression.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and product ownership. They will also be skilled in leading teams, driving technology strategies, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

This role involves partnering with divisions within the organization to develop and implement technology product strategies. The Associate Director will lead a team of technology professionals and manage vendor engagements to underpin high-quality technology operations.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science and strong technical knowledge in Salesforce and Project Collaboration software such as Aconex.

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop, manage, review and enhance the product strategy and roadmap for the Division
  2. Act as the primary conduit for new or changed technology needs and initiatives between the Divisions of INSW and the technology team
  3. Lead a team of technology professionals who maintain the IT team's purpose and strategy
