We are currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Bunbury during a period of growth. Working closely with the Production Coordinator, your key focus will be on supporting production staff in meeting customer demands while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:54am-4:00pm, with an estimated annual salary of $66,500 based on an hourly rate of $33.61. As a valued member of our team, you will also have access to salary packaging options and flexible work arrangements.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a production environment and be willing to work alongside the team in operating machinery and production activities. Key responsibilities include assisting with production planning, overseeing preventative maintenance schedules, and providing workshop supervision during peak periods.

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing demands. You will also require a valid driver's licence, national police clearance, and NDIS worker screening check.
