Cellar and Distillery Professional

Work in a dynamic environment where wine and gin are crafted from drought-hardy vines and rare botanicals. As a cellar hand, you'll be involved in all facets of production, learning about distillery and winery concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment for bottling, emptying and loading the still, and assist with cleaning, racking and blending operations.
  • Develop organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene for all vessels and cellar equipment.
  • Learn to schedule tasks autonomously and lead by example.
Requirements
  • Good level of physical fitness.
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving ability.
  • Forklift licence preferred.

Australian citizenship or residency is required. Work with a passionate and ambitious team that values people and the planet.
